Robbie rocks but Britney flops in the house department

Whether it’s Oprah’s opulent kitchen or Brad’s spacious living room, it seems we just can’t get enough of celebs and their stylish homes, with many of us even aspiring to recreate Beckingham Palace in our 3 bedroom semi. 

According to the new Dream Homes Report by Standard Life Bank, the UK’s idea of a dream home would consist of Mariah Carey’s sumptuous living room leading on to Robbie Williams’s rocking bedroom, with the highlight being Pamela Anderson’s rose-filled garden.

Buckingham Palace, with its gold interior and chintzy decor was voted least favourite home, and pop princess Britney Spears’ bedroom came bottom of the list too. Perhaps, some young ladies should just stick to singing and leave the decorating to the professionals.

However creating that dream home is no easy task, especially when your budget’s closer to £3000 than £3million.
